1 Eligibility for Refunds

Clients are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:

  • If an employee resigns within 14 days of hire, or
  • If an employee is terminated within 14 days due to proven poor work ethics, and
  • If we are unable to provide a suitable replacement.

2 Exclusions

  • No refunds will be issued beyond 14 days of hire.
  • Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction unrelated to resignation or poor work ethics.
  • All transaction/bank/processing fees are the responsibility of the client.

3 Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method (PayPal, credit card, or wire transfer).
  • Processing times vary depending on the payment provider.

4 Chargebacks

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting us to resolve the issue.
