1 Eligibility for Refunds
Clients are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:
- If an employee resigns within 14 days of hire, or
- If an employee is terminated within 14 days due to proven poor work ethics, and
- If we are unable to provide a suitable replacement.
2 Exclusions
- No refunds will be issued beyond 14 days of hire.
- Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction unrelated to resignation or poor work ethics.
- All transaction/bank/processing fees are the responsibility of the client.
3 Refund Method
- Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method (PayPal, credit card, or wire transfer).
- Processing times vary depending on the payment provider.
4 Chargebacks
Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting us to resolve the issue.
